Our Gaylord Design Build approach to the residential design-build process is quite unique. Rather than employ an in-house design team, we first determine our clients needs and their desired approach to the project and then reach out to our independent professional teammates to get the job done. We find this approach allows us to properly match up client’s desires with appropriate talent. Some of these relationships go back over 20 years, so these GDB “associates” know how we work and what we need from them to accomplish our client’s vision.
