We decided to do the daunting task a few years ago of building a house. The obvious choice for me was to go with Gaylord Design Build. Having a long relationship with their family, I knew their level of commitment to everything they do. It was truly a pleasure working with Trey and Richard on our project. The main thing I was so impressed with was the quality of subs they use. They all took their work seriously and were always respectful of us and the house. I didn’t realize how unique this was until we remodeled a home out of state and learned that this isn’t always the case! Richard and Trey are very knowledgeable about building and helped us come up with many unique ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The fact that I think it would be fun to do another project with them shows that the original experience went smoothly! We have now been in the house for 2 1/2 years and haven’t had any problems, but I know if we did they would be on top of it!
